IN REPLY TO OPINION MADE BY MS. STE FI ON FACEBOOK LAST MARCH 6, 2016:

To summarize the statement she generalize the scenario as if there’s no crime committed, there is a crime! Person died! But the question here who killed Edgel Jhoy Durolfo? I agree with her opinion that Rodney and other persons involved are innocent until the contrary is proved based on her constitutional right (ART III, Sec. 14 par. 2). Considering the scenario and police reports declared the four as person of interests, now accused/s, because they are present inside the room and actually saw what really happened that day.

Some points she failed to consider are the following:

First, Rodney’s affidavit during the investigation of Solaire certainly stated that Edgel took Ecstacy and caused of her death, but he failed to state who bought the E? is it Rodney or other person? We don’t know. That proves that the issue of “E” might be an alibi to seal the whole scenario. Then who is the burden of proof on that issue? The person who alleged has the burden of proof, except otherwise provided by law. Rodney’s camp alleged that overdose of E is the cause of death but failed to state the root where, when, who, why, and how they bought the E. that concludes inconsistency to his statements. Now, what are the side effects of using E? Muscle breakdown, Faintness, Kidney and Cardiovascular Failure, Seizures, or worst Death. But based on the visual claim of the hospital Edgel has several wounds and black spots or bruises on legs, arms, and other parts of the body. The question again here what are the causes of that bruises? Again, in the affidavit of Rodney, he states the cause of the bruises is by way of carrying of edgel. Here, there is a mumbling mind of the accused to prove the reason of the bruises, a physical therapist told me, that bruises is possible if there is a tight grip to the part of the body but cannot be by carrying only and also reports said Rodney did not carry Edgel but supporting her to walk and requesting for a wheelchair. Again, inconsistencies arises.

Second, Official Police Report released the autopsy report and state that the cause of death of Edgel is by means of Asphyxia by Manual Strangulation. Here comes Ste Fi’s argument “the girl to the hospital at about 3:30 am and she passed away at about past noon on the same day. It defies logic then that the boyfriend strangled her, then rushed her to the hospital and died hours later. So the question is, if she died in the hospital several hours later and if it was indeed strangulation, who strangled her there?” Ste Fi does not know the medical implication of Asphyxia. It means, a condition of severely deficient supply of oxygen to the body that arises from abnormal breathing, also all of which are characterized by an inability of an individual to acquire sufficient oxygen through breathing for an extended period of time. To short it, even if a person are breathing but acquiring insufficient oxygen to breath is another form of  ASPHYXIA! Again, the question here what are the cause of insufficiency of oxygen to breathe? And that might the proximate cause of her death, proximate cause means in the case of Villacar Transit vs. Catubig that it is that cause, in the natural and continuous sequence, unbroken by any efficient intervening cause, produces the injury, and without which the result would not have occurred. Applying the Autopsy report of the police Asphyxia by Manual Strangulation is the proximate cause of Edgel’s death even if there is an interval period of time of 10 hours, without such Manual Strangulation the result of Asphyxia would not have occurred.

Third, in Ste Fi’s argument “Rodney is in hiding. This is absolutely a lie. Rodney went to the wake only to be given a cold shoulder by the girl’s mother. While it is understandable to be in deep sorrow and mourning for a child’s loss, it is unthinkable to pin someone else’s child of a crime he did not commit, let alone announce it on national television.” I disagree with her, Rodney came to the wake not only to see his fiancé for the last time but also to settle and pay all the expenses of the family. I hope this statement will be inserted in the affidavit of the prosecution because in criminal cases, except involving quasi-offenses or those allowed by law to compromised, an OFFER OF COMPROMISE (meaning to settle or payment of all the expenses) by the accused may be received in evidence as IMPLIED ADMISSION OF GUILT (Rule 130, Sec. 27, par. 2 of the Rules of Court). Meaning to say, all the statements and declarations may be given evidence against him.

Fourth, Ste Fi’s argument “silence on Rodney’s part means guilt. This is absolutely not true. Amid all the uproar, Rodney’s legal counsel could have advised him to respond to allegations at the right time and the right place.” I agree with her, Rodney has a constitutional right to remain silent, but to rebut this lady old faggot na nagmamarunong, sometimes silence is admission of statement and declarations it may given in evidence against him based on Rule 130, Sec. 32 of the Rules of Court that he has the liberty to make the denials knowing and understood the allegations but failed to do so.

And Lastly, Ms. Ste Fi if your knowledge is not good enough then think before you click. This case is a very sensitive case because person died and all we want is Justice will be served at the end.

Posting this just to show that some of Ste Fi’s opinion aren’t true! And not good enough to make admissible. We are trusting the rule of justice in this country and lets leave to the officer the tragic death of our friend edgel. Saying your opinion does not conclude injustice or justice but being curios what will happen next.
